Hudz SRAM DoubleTap SoftGrip STi Hoods: While Hudz 'Original' compound remains the most popular and versatile version of Enhancement Brake Hoods, SoftGrip has been a game-changer for certain riders. SoftGrip brake hoods have better shock damping ability than any other competing product. The softer material also maintains its suppleness better in bad weather than any other. SoftGrip material provides 100% more grip than the Original rubber, and is less effected by wet and cold weather. SoftGrip hoods were designed for cyclocross and other riding where grip and comfort are worth sacrificing a bit of durability. COMPATIBILITY: For use with 10 speed SRAM Double Tap road component systems including Rival, Force and Red. Also compatible with SRAM 900 & 500 brake levers. Increased profiling on top and bottom improves grip over Sram's rounded design resulting in less fatigue Hüdz-signiture finger contours on underside Available in Original and SoftGrip rubber compounds Both Hüdz rubber compounds provide better durability Ideal users: Cyclocross and cold, bad-weather riding Riders who spend most of their time on the hoods Riders who place a premium on comfort
